Our focus is to turn creator-led advertising from a fragmented, service-heavy function into a scalable, measurable growth channel.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead to own and scale revenue across large brands, agencies, and strategic accounts. This person will help build the enterprise sales motion from the ground up - from pipeline creation and GTM feedback to deal closure and expansion.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to sell into modern marketing organizations and can translate a new category into clear business value for decision-makers across brand, growth, media, and procurement teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own enterprise revenue for Discovr AI across brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across key verticals
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, demos, commercial negotiation, and closing
- Develop strong relationships with CMOs, growth leaders, media teams, influencer marketing teams, and agency leadership
- Translate Discovr AI’s platform capabilities into clear ROI-driven business cases
- Work closely with founders, product, customer success, and ops teams to shape enterprise GTM and improve win rates
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell motion
- Help define pricing, packaging, objection handling, sales collateral, and repeatable enterprise sales processes
- Bring market feedback into the product roadmap and help sharpen positioning
- Represent Discovr AI in key client meetings, industry conversations, and strategic partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic sales, or B2B SaaS sales
- Strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals with large brands or agencies
- Experience selling into marketing, media, growth, adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital advertising environments
- Ability to navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles
- Strong commercial instinct with comfort around pricing, negotiation, and enterprise contracting
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Strong CRM and pipeline discipline
Strong Plus If You Have
- Experience in adtech, martech, influencer marketing, creator economy, or media buying
- Relationships with enterprise marketers, agencies, or digital-first brands
- Experience selling measurement, workflow, automation, or performance platforms
- Prior experience in a startup or category-creation company
- Understanding of how enterprise buyers evaluate creator marketing, paid media, and growth channels
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Building a high-quality enterprise pipeline within the first 60–90 days
- Closing and expanding strategic accounts with strong ACVs
- Creating a repeatable outbound and enterprise sales motion
- Becoming a trusted commercial voice for top customers and internal teams
