Enterprise Sales / Key Account Manager (0-1 + Scale)

We are a lean, high-octane team working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business. We are focused on building a scalable, sustainable enterprise business and are looking for a foundational sales member to join our journey.
The Role: Enterprise Sales (0 - 1 + Scale)We are looking for an individual contributor who can independently own and close large enterprise deals in India, SEA and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities1. Full-Cycle Deal Ownership- Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to final closure and handoff.
- Translate complex technical problems into clear, ROI-driven business solutions for clients.
- Drive multi-threaded conversations across Business, Marketing, and Product stakeholders.
2. Pipeline Architecture- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through structured outbound prospecting (not just relying on inbound leads).
- Maintain absolute rigour in pipeline tracking, forecasting, and deal hygiene.
3. Strategic Growth- Collaborate directly with the founders to shape proposals and iterate on pricing/offerings.
- Contribute to defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), market positioning, and sales playbooks.
Who We Are Looking For- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Tech Sales.
- Track Record: Personally closed deals in the ₹50L – ₹3Cr ACV range (or handled equivalent deal complexity).
- Domain Expertise: Experience selling into ecommerce, digital-first, or consumer-centric businesses is strongly preferred.
- Gravitas: Comfortable engaging with CXOs and senior leadership; experienced in navigating long, complex sales cycles.
- Mindset: A strong ownership mindset with experience in lean, early-stage environments.
This Role is NOT for you if:- You are primarily looking for an Inside Sales or SDR-only role.
- Your experience is heavily dependent on inbound leads or partner-led sales.
- You prefer highly structured environments with narrow scopes and large teams.
- You are more focused on internal strategy and coordination than frontline execution.
