Hiring: Enterprise Sales β Business Development Executive
π Location: Sector 48, Sohna Road - Gurgaon, India (ONSITE)
π Shift Timings: 3:00 AM β 12:00 PM IST (aligning with Australian customers)
π° Salary: 8 to 9.5 LPA based on your last CTC & Interview Performance + Weekly Incentives

What Youβll Do
- Drive international sales growth, especially with Australian clients.
About the Role:
Weβre looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to handle high-value B2B and project-based sales for the Australian market. The role involves working closely with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and enterprise clients.
Key Requirements:
- 3β7 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B / Project Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Research mindset to find, manage, retain, identify, and qualify new enterprise opportunities and partnerships.
- Saas Sales Background covered Hunting, Farming, nurturing, and closure is a plus point.
- Lead Generation, Pipeline management.
- Exposure to bidding Portals, Proposals.
- Exposure to tools and techniques like Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.
- Patience in Closing deals.
