Role Description
NewsReach is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Head for a full-time, on-site role at our Ahmedabad office. The Enterprise Sales Head will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and executing sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, managing account portfolios, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role includes developing sales strategies, analyzing market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and impactful collaboration. The ideal candidate will foster partnerships with top-tier clientele and publications, contributing to the overall business success.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills and expertise in Sales Management to drive revenue, achieve targets, and grow the customer base
- Proven experience in Account Management and client relationship-building to provide excellent service and retain customers
- Competence in Team Management for leading, mentoring, and motivating a sales team effectively
- Advanced Analytical Skills to identify market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and optimize sales strategies
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market
- Industry-specific knowledge in media, PR, and tech platforms is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA will be a plus
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or related roles.
