Job Title: Enterprise Sales Head- South (IC Role)
Job Description:
We are looking for Enterprise Sales Head- South (based in Blr) to join our growing sales team. As a
Sales Head, you will be responsible for the regional growth. You will play a key role in driving
revenue growth by converting prospects into customers and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion towards Sales, a good
understanding of the end-to-end sales process and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for end-to-end Business Development Process for all the potential
opportunities in the region across multiple segments.
Manage the accounts from the initial pitch till the contractual closures.
Develop and implement various sales strategies and drive revenue growth across all the
business verticals of InfinityBox.
Day-to-day tasks include aligning new meetings, performing site recees, coordination with
internal and client teams for the proposal process and the negotiation and contract signups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Manage Key Partnerships and explore new segments to generate revenue.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets along with KPIs.
Stay updated with the trends and explore new verticals in pitching our services.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Large Account Management in Domestic Market
Prior experience in interacting with Facilities, Admin, Procurement/Purchase/Commercial
teams of the organizations.
Preferred from Corporate Catering (F&B), Facility Management, IPCs & Leasing Industries.
Thorough understanding of sales process, RFPs Management and work with consultative
selling approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Analytical Skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and CRM Management.
Familiarity with Prospecting or Lead Gen tools like Lusha, Mr. E etc. is a plus.
Familiarity with Campaigns, Online Sources for Lead Generation is a plus.
