Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Executive & Team Leader based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include driving enterprise software sales, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and using a consultative selling approach to meet customer needs. The role will also involve mentoring and leading a sales team, setting goals, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while fostering team growth and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Sales and expertise in Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Sales strategies.
- Ability to implement and excel in Consultative Selling methods.
- Strong team leadership and goal-setting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the technology and internet service provider industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
