Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Enterprise Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include driving software sales, identifying and generating leads, building relationships with potential enterprise clients, and conducting consultative selling to understand and address client needs. The role also involves leading contract negotiations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Sales and Sales strategies with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and a demonstrated ability to identify and engage prospective customers
- Experience with Contract Negotiation and managing end-to-end sales cycles
- Expertise in Consultative Selling to understand client challenges and provide value-driven solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Noida with a focus on enterprise client engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired
- Familiarity with customer experience platforms, AI/software solutions, or B2B sales is a plus
