Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the Logistics / Cold Chain sector, while also identifying cross-industry opportunities.
2. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
3. Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a team of dynamic sales executives and customer success professionals to ensure unified goal achievement.
4. Map out daily and weekly customer visits in advance (priority accounts, routes, meeting objectives).
5. Conduct needs-based presentations and product demos to potential customers.
6. Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM; move deals through stages with clear next steps.
7. Plan travel routes and set monthly visit/coverage targets.
8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads and build visibility.
9. Collaborate closely with the customer success and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and post-sale support for clients.
10. Conduct high-level forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
11. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies.
12. Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to contribute to campaigns, customer pitches, and go-to-market initiatives.
13. Drive enterprise-level engagements by navigating complex buying cycles and procurement processes.
14. Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management, including opportunity tracking and risk mitigation
Skills Required
1. Proven experience in B2B Sales. Experience in logistics/ pharmaceutical industry is a bonus
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
3. Demonstrated experience in key account management, business development, and solution selling.
4. High level of proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
5. Strong analytical skills to manage complex sales cycles and develop actionable strategies.
6. Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
7. Travel domestically for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.
