Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Enterprise Sales Executive role based in Vapi. The Enterprise Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities for DhronAI’s intelligence platform, focusing on strategic accounts and long-term partnerships. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution presentation, proposal development, and contract execution. The Enterprise Sales Executive will collaborate closely with product, solutions, and customer success teams to design tailored solutions, run demos, and support pilot and proof-of-concept engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, preparing sales documentation, and representing DhronAI at customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings. The role also involves gathering market and customer feedback to help refine go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
Qualifications
- Strong enterprise Sales and Software Sales experience, ideally with complex B2B or AI/SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in Consultative Selling, with the ability to understand client business challenges and map them to DhronAI solutions.
- Demonstrated success in Lead Generation, prospecting, and building a high-quality pipeline in enterprise segments.
- Solid Contract Negotiation skills, including structuring commercial terms and navigating legal and procurement processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort engaging C-level and senior decision-makers with clear, value-driven communication.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, data platforms, or related technology domains is highly beneficial.
