Business Development Manager – EdTech | B2B | Corporate Sales

InfosecTrain, a global leader in Cybersecurity & IT Training (150+ countries), is hiring a Corporate Sales Head to lead enterprise sales across South India.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong background in EdTech Sales, B2B Sales, and Corporate/Enterprise Sales.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the complete sales cycle (Lead Generation → Client Acquisition → Deal Closure) and driving revenue through corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B / Corporate Sales for EdTech & Training solutions
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Connect with HR Heads, L&D Managers, and Decision Makers in corporates
• Deliver product demos, client presentations, and negotiations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships & key accounts
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience in EdTech Sales / Training Sales / SaaS Sales
• Strong exposure to B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Enterprise Sales
• Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
• Ability to independently manage full sales funnel
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
