Agentic AI is the most significant enterprise software shift since cloud computing — and the market is wide open. As Director – Enterprise Sales, you will own Yavar’s growth charter for enterprise accounts in Bengaluru and beyond. You will be the face of Yavar in the boardroom — a trusted advisor who earns the confidence of CXOs, articulates their business problem sharper than they can themselves, and maps it to our platform with conviction and precision.

What You’ll Own
CXO-Level Revenue Leadership
- Own and drive Yavar’s enterprise revenue targets for South India and key strategic accounts — with a relentless bias for exceeding, not just meeting, your number.
- Engage directly with CXOs, CIOs, CFOs, and CDOs — building trusted relationships at the highest levels and positioning Yavar as a strategic AI partner, not a vendor.
- Navigate complex organisational hierarchies with confidence — identifying champions, influencing skeptics, and building multi-threaded consensus that drives deals forward.
- Build and manage a robust, predictable sales pipeline; forecast accurately, act on signals early, and maintain pipeline hygiene as a discipline.
Consultative & Solution Selling
- Lead with deep curiosity — invest time understanding each customer’s strategic priorities, operational bottlenecks, and transformation agenda before proposing anything.
- Articulate the customer’s problem statement more clearly than they can — then map it to Yavar’s platforms with a compelling narrative built on business value and measurable ROI, not feature lists.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to architect tailored solutions, POCs, and proposals that win on business impact.
- Deliver powerful, board-ready presentations and RFP responses that communicate transformation, not just technology.
Deal Navigation & Organisational Influence
- Own the entire sales cycle — from proactive outreach through commercial negotiation and contract close.
- Map the political landscape of every deal — identify internal champions and economic buyers, neutralise blockers, and build momentum that moves organisations to act.
- Leverage partnerships, channels, and alliances to accelerate deal velocity and expand Yavar’s market footprint.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Stay ahead of AI trends, competitive dynamics, and sector-specific imperatives — turning market knowledge into sales advantage.
- Feed intelligence from the field into product, marketing, and leadership to shape Yavar’s GTM strategy and roadmap.
- Actively leverage AI tools in your own workflow — for account research, proposal development, pipeline management, and competitive positioning.
What You Bring
Experience
- 8–10 years of enterprise B2B sales with a consistent record of quota achievement — in software, SaaS, or AI/analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling to C-suite decision-makers — CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CDOs. You have navigated boardrooms, built executive relationships, and closed strategic deals.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — involving enterprise procurement, RFPs, and long deal timelines.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, cloud transformation, or digital enterprise platforms is a strong advantage.
