🚀 Hiring: Enterprise Sales Director / Client Partner – Microsoft & AI Solutions
📍 Location: Vijayanagar, Bangalore (Work From Office)
💼 Experience: 10 – 15+ Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA (50% Fixed + 50% Variable)

🔹 Role Overview
Invictosoft is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across Microsoft Cloud, AI Solutions, and Staffing Services.
This is a leadership role with full revenue ownership, responsible for building enterprise pipelines, closing large deals, and expanding Microsoft-led business opportunities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔸 Revenue Ownership
- Own and drive quarterly & annual revenue targets
- Build a predictable enterprise sales pipeline
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise & mid-market clients
- Generate revenue across:
- Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot)
- AI & Automation Solutions
- Contract Staffing Services
- Data Engineering & Analytics platforms
🔸 Microsoft Ecosystem Sales
- Lead sales for:
- Power Apps & Power Automate
- Microsoft Copilot & AI Agents
- Azure AI & Data platforms
- SharePoint & business applications
- Build strong relationships with:
- Microsoft Account Managers (AMs)
- Partner Development Managers (PDMs)
- Microsoft Partner Ecosystem
- Drive co-sell opportunities with Microsoft teams
- Leverage Microsoft partner programs & incentives
🔸 Enterprise Sales (End-to-End)
- Manage complete sales cycle:
- Prospecting → Qualification → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Sell:
- AI Agents & Automation Platforms
- Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Azure AI & Data Engineering services
- IT Contract Staffing solutions
- Collaborate with solution architects & delivery teams
🔸 Marketing & Funnel Management
- Work with marketing on:
- Microsoft-led campaigns & webinars
- Co-marketing initiatives
- Improve funnel metrics:
- MQL → SQL → Closure conversion
- Ensure strong pipeline tracking & visibility
🔸 Team Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and manage enterprise sales team
- Define KPIs and drive performance
- Maintain CRM discipline (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews & forecasting
🔸 Strategic Growth
- Identify new verticals and enterprise opportunities
- Build partnerships with Microsoft partners & system integrators
- Develop key account strategies for large clients
- Drive long-term enterprise relationships

- Revenue Growth (Quarterly & Annual)
- Microsoft Solution Revenue Contribution
- Lead-to-Closure Conversion %

🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15+ years in IT services / enterprise sales
- Proven experience selling:
- Microsoft Azure / Power Platform / M365 / Copilot
- Experience working with Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Strong exposure to:
- AI / Automation solutions
- Digital transformation sales
- IT staffing services
- Experience in co-selling with Microsoft teams
- Exposure to global markets (US / Middle East preferred)
- Strong C-level stakeholder management & negotiation skills
- Experience in building and scaling sales teams
