Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Director, based in Hyderabad. The Enterprise Sales Director will drive the growth of Nextcoworks by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strategic relationships. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, fostering consultative selling strategies, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of enterprise clients. The role involves achieving sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company’s values in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Software Sales and strong general Sales abilities.
- Advanced skills in Lead Generation and Consultative Selling to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Experience in Account Management, including managing client relationships and achieving retention goals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings while maintaining independence in achieving sales objectives.
- Experience in the coworking or real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
