Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Enterprise Sales Director. The role involves driving enterprise-level software sales, developing and managing client accounts, generating leads, and employing consultative selling strategies. The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for complete ground execution across the sales cycle including but not limited to:
- Prospect research and account mapping
- Outreach to prospective clients and partners
- Conducting presentations, demonstrations, and pitches
- Opportunity qualification and pipeline development
- Proposal preparation and commercial discussions
- Deal negotiation and closure support
- Coordination on contracting
- Payment follow-ups with clients
- CRM updates and documentation
- Structured handover of accounts post-closure
