About the Company
Finsmart Accounting is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Enterprise Sales & Closure Lead to drive enterprise business growth within the US market.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting outsourcing, finance offshoring, GCC/shared services, or staffing solutions, along with deep exposure to enterprise sales and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales closures for Accounting Teams engagements.
- Engage with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, Shared Services Leaders, and Business Owners.
- Position Accounting Teams as a scalable offshore accounting and finance capacity solution.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and client onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and delivery teams during acquisition and onboarding.
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the US accounting and finance ecosystem.
- Leverage industry networks and relationships to generate business opportunities.
- Represent Finsmart at conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within US-based corporates and mid-market enterprises.
- Support strategic outreach and enterprise-focused business development initiatives.
- Understand client pain points around finance operations, offshore support, and scalability.
- Work closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and enterprise expansion.
Qualification
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales/business development within accounting outsourcing, staffing, GCC, finance shared services, or offshoring industries.
- Prior experience handling US-facing business development roles.
- Strong network within the US accounting, finance, outsourcing, or corporate ecosystem.
- Excellent understanding of offshore accounting, finance operations, staffing, and delivery models.
- Strong commercial acumen and enterprise relationship management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Required Skills
- Prior experience within the accounting outsourcing/offshoring industry is mandatory.
- US market exposure is mandatory.
- Valid US visa is mandatory.
- Must have traveled to the US multiple times for business development or client engagement.
- Strong relationship-building and networking capability within the US market.
Preferred Skills
- MBA in Finance, Marketing, International Business, or related fields preferred.
- Strong finance and accounting understanding preferred.
- CPA/CA qualification will be an added advantage.
