Finsmart Accounting is looking for a high-performing enterprise sales professional with strong experience in accounting offshoring, finance outsourcing, shared services, GCC, staffing, or managed services sales within the US market.
This role is focused on relationship-led enterprise sales, strategic networking, and deal closures for Accounting Teams and offshore finance delivery solutions targeted at US-based corporates and mid-sized businesses.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to US-facing business development, enterprise relationship management, and offshore accounting/finance solutions selling.
This is not a generic SaaS sales role. The position is centered around selling scalable accounting team models and structured finance outsourcing solutions designed for global businesses.
Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales & Deal Closure
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales and closure for Accounting Teams engagements.
- Engage with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, Shared Services Leaders, and Business Owners.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal presentations, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate closely with internal leadership and delivery teams during client acquisition and onboarding.
Relationship & Network Development
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the US accounting and finance ecosystem.
- Leverage existing professional networks to generate business opportunities.
- Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
- Strengthen market visibility within finance leadership and outsourcing ecosystems.
Market Expansion & Strategic Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within US corporates and mid-market enterprises.
- Drive relationship-led outreach and strategic business development initiatives.
- Understand client pain points around finance scalability, offshore support, and accounting operations.
- Position offshore accounting solutions as scalable and structured global delivery models.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales/business development within:
- Accounting outsourcing
- Finance & accounting offshoring
- Shared services/GCC
- Global staffing solutions
- Managed services or finance transformation
- Strong experience working with US clients and handling US market business development.
- Existing relationships/network within the US accounting, finance, outsourcing, or corporate ecosystem preferred.
- Strong understanding of offshore accounting operations, finance teams, staffing, or global delivery models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience in accounting outsourcing/offshoring industry is mandatory.
- Strong US market exposure is mandatory.
- Valid US Visa is mandatory.
- Prior travel to the US for business development, networking, conferences, or client engagement is required.
- Strong relationship-building and enterprise networking capabilities.
Preferred Educational Background
- MBA in Finance, Marketing, International Business, or related fields preferred.
- Strong finance and accounting understanding preferred.
- CA/CPA qualification would be an added advantage.
Location & Working Model
- Location: Pune
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Candidates open to relocation to Pune preferred.
