About Role
We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Sales Associate to support and drive B2B sales efforts. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
• Tier-1 MBA preferred, with engineering undergraduate degree
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
