Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for an Enterprise Sales Associate. The Enterprise Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with clients to understand their requirements, and promoting Tata Play Fiber’s suite of products and services. The role involves meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the broadband or telecommunications industry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proactive approach to achieving results
