Role Description
We are expanding our Software Sales Team and looking for passionate Enterprise Sales professionals who understand the Contact Center / Cloud Telephony ecosystem and can drive enterprise deals.
Role: ASM/ SM / Senior Sales Manager

Locations: Mumbai (2), Bangalore (2), Delhi (1), Chennai (1)
What You’ll Do
• Drive revenue growth in your assigned region or named enterprise accounts• Generate new opportunities through networking, partnerships, and prospecting• Own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM (Pipedrive)
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum3 years of experience selling Contact Center / CCaaS solutions
• Experience selling Voice Bots, Chatbots, or Omnichannel solutions
• Good understanding of AI / ML concepts in customer engagement
• Strong hunting mindset with proven lead generation ability
• Excellent communication and enterprise selling skills
