Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise SaaS Sales professional based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing the sales cycle, developing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also take part in account management, sales operations, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to build tailored solutions and provide exceptional service to clients will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales
- Experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management
- Strong Account Management skills to develop lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in SaaS sales or enterprise software sales is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
