Job Overview :

Seeking a Manager – Enterprise Risk Management in Mumbai to drive ERM frameworks, risk assessments, KRIs, and compliance with SEBI regulations. Role involves ISO certifications, internal/external audits, ESG initiatives, policy & SOP development, and reporting to Risk Committees/Board. Ideal for professionals with 8–10+ years in banking, insurance, or financial institutions and expertise in operational risk, RCSA, fraud risk, and control testing.

Key Responsibility : Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

• Implement and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk registers, incident tracking, KRIs, and risk appetite statements.
• Drive ESG framework implementation, policy reviews, and BRSR reporting.
• Manage ISO certifications (ISO 27001, 22301, 9001, 14001) and oversee internal and external audits in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in preparation of policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Conduct ERM and ESG awareness & training programs for teams.
• Support senior leadership in preparing committee agendas, minutes, and reporting for board and risk committees.
• Coordinate with departments on risk assessments, internal audits, business continuity, disaster recovery, and tracking improvement initiatives.
