Role Description
This is a contract, part-time, remote position for an Enterprise Risk Management Trainer. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging ERM training sessions for clients and stakeholders, creating training materials, and providing insights into the implementation of AI-driven risk management solutions. The trainer will also support ongoing client education through virtual workshops and webinars, ensuring a clear understanding of ERM frameworks, compliance strategies, and the effective use of the EnterpriseRM.AI platform.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, compliance monitoring, and operational risk management.
- Strong skills in presenting, training, and creating instructional materials for diverse audiences.
- Experience with AI-driven tools, risk analytics, and digital platforms for business management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Previous experience in conducting virtual training sessions and using video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Professional certifications in risk management or related fields (e.g., CRMP, CRM) are a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
