About the Company:
TVSMobility Polymeric Products Pvt. Ltd. Today, TVSMPPPL has two factories, one dedicated to Silicone Hoses, and the other to Organic Rubber Hoses in EPDM, Nitile, PVC-Nitrile, Vamac, Neoprene, etc. The reinforcement fabrics used are Meta-Aramid, Nomex, and Polyester for the Wrapped Hoses; and Aramid and Polyester yarns for the Extruded Hoses.
About the Role: The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily ERP system operations across departments, ensuring seamless integration and coordination between ERP and other software platforms.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Coordinator to manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external software vendors. The role involves customizing ERP reports, supporting EDI implementation, and integrating multiple business software systems. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily ERP system operations across departments.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., PC Soft) for ERP customization, report generation, and system enhancements.
- Lead and support the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination between ERP and other software platforms such as GST compliance tools and accounting systems.
- Work closely with finance and accounts teams to align ERP processes with accounting requirements.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely solutions or escalate to vendors when necessary.
- Generate, analyze, and customize reports based on business requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, updates, and workflows.
- Provide user support and basic training to internal teams when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (any manufacturing/export ERP preferred).
- Familiarity with GST software and compliance processes.
- Exposure to EDI implementation is highly desirable.
- Good coordination and communication skills to work with vendors and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic technical understanding of software integration and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in ERP coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing or export-oriented companies is an advantage.
