Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist located in Jaipur. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for optimizing business processes, managing and implementing ERP systems, analyzing data, and ensuring the efficient operation of ERP software. Other responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to align software requirements with business objectives and providing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP software
- Proven skills in Business Process Improvement and understanding of Business Processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate and enhance ERP-related business workflows
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration to align ERP solutions with company goals
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with ERP system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in industries such as IT services, infrastructure, or education is a plus
