Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jigani. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s ERP platform to support production, project management, inventory, and supply chain processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business workflows, configuring ERP modules, resolving system issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow. The specialist will document processes, create user guides, and provide training and support to team members using the ERP mobile application and related tools. The role also involves monitoring system performance, recommending improvements, and partnering with leadership to align ERP capabilities with operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business process and business process improvement, with the ability to map, analyze, and optimize workflows.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and ERP software, including configuration, maintenance, and user support.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and creating process and training materials for ERP users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail fixtures, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management practices and basic knowledge of databases or SQL is an advantage.
