Role Description
This on-site, full-time Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Specialist role is based in Rajkot. The ERP Specialist will oversee, manage, and optimize ERP software to align with business processes, ensuring efficient workflows and data accuracy. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing systems, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing process refinements, and troubleshooting ERP-related issues. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support organizational goals and drive continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP software
- Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and analyzing business workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve system inefficiencies
- Experience in customizing and maintaining ERP systems based on business needs
- Attention to detail, project management capabilities, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or kitchen products industry is a plus
