Job Title: ERP Trainer / Implementation Specialist
Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic ERP Trainer to onboard and train clients on our ERP platform. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth adoption and effective usage of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online/offline training sessions for clients
Understand client workflows and tailor training accordingly
Create training materials (videos, guides, SOPs)
Provide post-training support and resolve queries
Coordinate with the development team for feedback
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic understanding of business operations (inventory, billing, accounting)
Comfortable with software tools and training delivery
Prior experience in ERP/accounting software is a plus
