Job Title: D365FO/CE Implementation Project Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced D365FO/CE Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP/CRM implementation programs across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Customer Engagement, with proven expertise in multi-country rollouts, project governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise ERP implementations.
This role demands the ability to manage cross-functional teams, align project objectives with business goals, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale ERP transformation initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end D365FO/CE implementation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and end-users to define project objectives and requirements.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Oversee system configuration, customizations, integrations, and deployment activities across environments.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, leveraging Microsoft Sure Step, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates, risk assessments, and executive reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training programs, change management, and post-go-live support.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring compliance with best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate release planning and ensure alignment with Microsoft Dynamics updates, Azure DevOps processes, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and rollout projects, preferably with Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle ERP.
- Proven expertise in managing full-cycle enterprise implementations across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/CE implementation lifecycle and enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Microsoft Sure Step.
- Experience in stakeholder management, budget control, resource planning, and risk management.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform integrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage global and cross-functional teams.
