At Prixgen Tech Solutions, we’re looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager who can drive end-to-end implementations — not just track progress, but take full ownership of delivery.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager. The ERP Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals, and manage project budgets and timelines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing complex workflows, and leading initiatives to optimize enterprise-level operations through ERP solutions.
Location: Mysore (On-site)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own complete ERP implementation lifecycle (planning → execution → delivery)
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
- Drive timelines, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans
- Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support
Skillset required
- 3–8 years of experience in ERP project management / delivery
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations (Odoo preferred; others also considered)
- Experience handling clients and cross-functional teams
- Ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
