A confidential, high-volume GCC e-commerce business is seeking a Senior ERP Manager to lead its Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central function.
You will lead the ERP team, own platform reliability and development priorities, and oversee integrations supporting Finance, Procurement, Inventory and operational systems.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait or KSA. Applications are welcome from candidates in India and other markets who are willing to relocate.

Senior ERP Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Employer: Confidential Industry: Food Delivery / Regional Digital Commerce / Consumer Technology Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Lead the complete Business Central function A confidential regional business operating across the GCC is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Manager to lead its Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and ERP team. This role offers ownership of the ERP roadmap, technical direction, production reliability and continuous improvement in a complex, high-transaction-volume environment. We are looking for someone who can connect business requirements with sound technical decisions, challenge solution designs, develop a capable team and ensure that ERP processes remain reliable as the business grows. This position is based on-site in Kuwait or KSA. Applicants currently based in India or elsewhere must be willing to relocate to Kuwait or KSA,
Responsibilities
- What you will own
- ERP leadership: Lead functional, technical and support resources; establish priorities, technical standards and clear accountability.
- Architecture and roadmap: Own the Business Central architecture, development roadmap, scalability and continuous improvement.
- Production reliability: Drive root-cause analysis, problem management and permanent resolution of recurring issues.
- Enterprise integrations: Lead the design and governance of integrations with warehouse, order-management, commerce, payment and other business platforms.
- Transaction integrity: Work with connected-system owners to ensure complete, accurate and timely processing, supported by reconciliation and exception controls.
- Development and releases: Oversee configuration, AL development, extensions, testing, deployments and upgrades.
- Performance and controls: Strengthen monitoring, logging, background processing, automation and database performance.
- Business processes: Ensure effective support for Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain and related operations.
- Finance partnership: Support reliable financial processing, reconciliations and month-end operations.
- Team and vendor capability: Manage Microsoft partners and consultants while improving documentation, knowledge sharing and internal expertise.
Qualifications
- Typically 12+ years of relevant ERP experience, including substantial direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central. Candidates with fewer years and strong evidence of relevant leadership, technical depth and delivery capability will also be considered.
- Experience leading an ERP team, Dynamics practice or complex ERP delivery function.
- Responsibility for live production environments, including performance, support, releases and operational continuity.
- Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, AL development, extensions and integration patterns.
Required Skills
- Practical technical knowledge of:
- SQL Server and database performance;
- job queues and background processing;
- APIs and enterprise integrations;
- transaction integrity and reconciliation;
- monitoring, logging and exception management;
- performance, scalability and automation.
- Strong functional understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain.
- Experience integrating ERP with WMS, OMS, e-commerce, payments or comparable operational platforms.
- Experience in multi-company, multi-country or multi-currency environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor management and team-development skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, distribution, FMCG or other businesses processing large transaction volumes is preferred. Candidates from Microsoft Dynamics partners and consulting organisations are also encouraged to apply, particularly where their experience includes enterprise integrations and responsibility for live production environments.
- Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, retail, distribution, FMCG or other high-volume transaction businesses will be valuable.
- Experience within a Microsoft Dynamics partner or consulting organization is also welcome, particularly when combined with ownership of live production environments and ongoing support.
