Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Palghar (2hrs from Mumbai). The ERP Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's ERP systems, ensure the alignment of ERP solutions with business processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, managing ERP-related projects, and ensuring effective data integration and accurate reporting. The ERP Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to support organizational goals and provide training and support to users as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Process Implementation
- Proven skills in Business Process Improvement and identifying inefficiencies in operational workflows
- Highly developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant certifications as a plus
- Experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
