Role Description
Focus Softnet is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Consultant for a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The consultant will manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for ERP solutions, from understanding customer requirements to system configuration and user training. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, providing recommendations for process improvements, configuring ERP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Business Processes and the ability to analyze and optimize workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify requirements, troubleshoot effectively, and propose solutions
- Proven experience in ERP Implementations and expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Proficiency in Finance concepts and practices, with the ability to align ERP solutions with financial requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools or methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
