Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Consultant based in Ranchi. The ERP Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing ERP solutions, and providing training and support to clients. The role involves evaluating and optimizing business processes, configuring ERP systems, resolving implementation challenges, and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Finance processes and their integration within ERP systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to analyze and define process improvements.
- Familiarity with ERP Implementations and expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent Analytical Skills with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms is an added advantage.
- Experience in project management or certification in ERP-related domains is a plus.
