Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Jaipur is for an Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring smooth digital transformation tailored to client needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, managing ERP implementation projects, providing detailed process workflows, and delivering system training to end-users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align ERP solutions with organizational goals will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Process assessment, redesign, and optimization
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying inefficiencies and improving systems
- Proficiency in ERP Implementations, including system configuration and deployment
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools and methodologies
- Understanding of Finance-related workflows within ERP systems
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in ERP solutions (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext) are a plus
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in consulting or customer-facing roles is an advantage
