📢 We’re Hiring: Tally Executive (Implementation, Training & Support)
📍 Location: Mira Road East, Mumbai 🕘 Day Shift | 💼 Full-Time, Permanent
🏠 Work From Home / Hybrid available for genuine reasons
We are looking for skilled Tally Executives to support our clients by managing day-to-day Tally operations, implementations, and user training. This is a non-target role, ideal for professionals with strong accounting fundamentals who enjoy hands-on system work and client interaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team during pre-sales demos and technical discussions
- Understand customer business and accounting requirements
- Install, configure, and implement TallyPrime Based Solutions end-to-end
- Configure ledgers, vouchers, reports, formats, and workflows
- Manage small to large implementation projects within defined timelines
- Train end users on various Tally modules and best practices
- Provide remote and on-site support as required
- Interact with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
🔹 Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / BAF)
- 3–5 years of hands-on Tally experience (implementation/support)
- Strong accounting and business process knowledge
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking, quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
