Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant ERP, based in Pune City for Maharastra & Goa Regions. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, delivering customized demonstrations of ERP solutions, and driving consultative sales processes. Daily tasks will include managing client relationships, understanding their needs, developing tailored proposals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying informed about the latest ERP and engineering technology trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Consulting with the ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a client-first approach and delivering exceptional support
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and effectively negotiate and present solutions
- Experience or knowledge in Consulting for ERP systems and engineering-driven environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with enterprise software such as SAP, ORACLE, INFOR , ZOHO or others is advantageous
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales targets and customer success hi
