Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves leading and supporting ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training. The consultant will analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements aligned with best practices and ASC Group’s advisory standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with finance and operations teams, preparing documentation, resolving system issues, and ensuring successful adoption of ERP solutions. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver measurable business value through efficient enterprise resource planning.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process design, mapping, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and hands-on experience with ERP Implementations.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and process analysis.
- Solid Finance knowledge, particularly in how financial processes integrate with ERP systems.
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or technology implementation environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document requirements clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP platforms are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with strong time management and organizational skills.
