Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) IT Specialist, based in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, managing ERP software operations, and driving process improvements. Daily tasks will include system configuration, troubleshooting, training users on ERP systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency. Additionally, the role involves evaluating existing processes and aligning IT solutions to meet business needs.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) IT Specialist
His Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of an organization's ERP software (such as [SAP] Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure it effectively supports business operations. This role acts as a bridge between technical infrastructure and business processes, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency across departments like finance, HR, and supply chain management.
Job Location: Bhiwadi Rajasthan
Salary Rs-6 to 7LPA
Experience: Minimum 3 Yrs in ERP Maintenance.
Core Responsibilities
* System Implementation & Configuration: Leading or assisting in the setup of ERP systems, including configuring modules, setting up user roles, and managing data migration from legacy systems.
* Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Providing Tier 1-3 support to resolve technical and functional issues, managing support tickets, and diagnosing bugs or connectivity errors.
* Optimization & Customization: Analyzing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and modifying the ERP system—often through custom scripts or programs—to better align with operational goals.
* User Training & Documentation: Developing training materials and conducting sessions to help employees use the system effectively. Maintaining detailed records of system configurations and process workflows.
* Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitoring system performance, applying security patches, and managing periodic software upgrades to ensure the system remains secure and up-to-date.
* Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensuring the accuracy of master data (such as Bill of Materials or financial records) and creating custom reports or dashboards to provide business insights.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in major ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Odoo.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and database management for querying and maintaining data integrity.
* Programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, or platform-specific languages like ABAP) for system customization.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Project management experience, particularly in leading cross-functional implementation teams.
