We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO professional to support an enterprise-wide data platform migration program from Cornerstone to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves driving program governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, RAID management, and migration tracking across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PMO governance, status reporting, JIRA tracking, and Power BI dashboarding while working in fast-paced transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Prepare and maintain PMO artifacts such as:
- Status reports
- Action trackers
- Governance decks
- Meeting notes
- Decision logs
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with business, product, and technical teams to track deliverables and dependencies
- Track JIRA tickets, backlog progress, issue follow-ups, and reporting
- Support governance meetings, steering reviews, and stakeholder updates
- Monitor migration readiness, identify blockers, and ensure timely closure of action items
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for inventory data collection and migration planning
- Ensure reporting and documentation are accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership expectations
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in PMO / Program Coordination / Project Governance
- Hands-on experience with RAID management and status reporting
- Experience with JIRA and workflow tracking
- Good exposure to Power BI dashboard creation and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in enterprise migration or transformation programs
- Exposure to GCP or cloud migration projects
- Banking / enterprise domain experience preferred
- Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Experience working with both business and technical teams
