Role Overview
Cyfuture India is hiring an Enterprise Network Manager for its sister concern, SITI Networks, based out of Noida.
We are looking for a seasoned network professional with strong expertise in enterprise, ISP core, and data center environments to lead the design, architecture, and operations of large-scale IP/MPLS and enterprise networks.
This role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance optimization of network infrastructure supporting enterprise customers, cloud services, and data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise-grade network architecture across core, distribution, and access layers
- Lead IP/MPLS network design and operations for enterprise and ISP backbone
- Manage enterprise connectivity solutions including ILL, MPLS VPNs (L2VPN, L3VPN), SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity
- Configure and optimize BGP (iBGP/eBGP), OSPF, IS-IS for scalable and resilient routing
- Oversee Data Center network architecture, including spine-leaf design, redundancy, and high availability frameworks
- Ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms, IXPs, and CDN providers
- Implement and manage network security including Firewalls, ACLs, NAT, IPSec VPNs, and DDoS mitigation
- Drive network performance optimization, traffic engineering, and capacity planning
- Monitor network health using NMS tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Cacti, etc.)
- Handle L3/L4 escalations, major incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Collaborate with business teams for enterprise solution design, pre-sales support, and new service rollouts
- Ensure adherence to SLA, uptime, and QoS standards for enterprise and DC services
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in Enterprise & ISP Network Architecture (Core, Edge, DC)
- Advanced knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
- Hands-on experience with MPLS (L2VPN, L3VPN, Traffic Engineering)
- Strong understanding of Data Center Networking (Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN – preferred)
- Experience in enterprise connectivity solutions (ILL, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connect)
- Solid understanding of network security & DDoS protection mechanisms
- Knowledge of traffic engineering, QoS, multicast, and bandwidth optimization
- Vendor expertise: Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ISP / Enterprise / Data Center Networking
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom / IT / Computer Science)
- Certifications preferred: CCNP / CCIE / JNCIA / JNCIP or equivalent
Leadership & Operational Skills
- Experience managing NOC operations and L2/L3 engineering teams
- Strong expertise in network planning, design, and scalability
- Ability to handle critical outages and high-pressure scenarios
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Exposure to enterprise client handling and solutioning
Preferred Background
- ISPs, Data Center Providers, Cloud Service Providers, Telecom Operators, or Managed Network Providers
