Job Description:-
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Monitoring & Observability Engineer to design, implement, and support large-scale monitoring solutions. The role involves delivering observability outcomes, providing technical expertise, and supporting enterprise environments including on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise Monitoring & Observability solutions.
- Work with Observability, AIOps, Log Aggregation (ELK), and APM tools (e.g., New Relic).
- Handle infrastructure and application monitoring.
- Develop scripts using Python, Shell, and JavaScript.
- Implement DevOps practices including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work in Agile/SCRUM delivery model.
- Support OpenTelemetry, AWS, and Kubernetes environments (preferred).
- Provide strong troubleshooting support and periodic on-call support (including weekends if required).
Required Skills:
- Enterprise-scale monitoring implementation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
