The Opportunity
We’re looking for a technically grounded and highly ambitious Marketing Associate to support our global B2B growth and content initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering and strategic communication. You’ll work closely with technical leadership to translate complex AI engineering concepts into clear, impactful content and enterprise-focused marketing assets.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to grow into enterprise technology marketing, strategic communications, and high-ticket B2B growth.
What You’ll Own
- Creating high-quality LinkedIn content, technical articles, case studies, and process breakdowns
- Managing and optimizing Obraz’s LinkedIn presence
- Supporting outbound research and account targeting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Building targeted lead lists across the US, Europe, and Middle Eastern markets
- Assisting in creating pitch decks, whitepapers, technical documentation, and workflow diagrams
- Collaborating with engineering and leadership teams for technically accurate communication
- Supporting account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise lead generation initiatives
- What Makes You a Great Fit
- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering disciplines
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, databases, and system architecture
- Excellent written communication and technical copywriting skills
- Strong interest in digital marketing, B2B growth, and enterprise communication
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Good to Have
- Familiarity with AI, Computer Vision, SaaS, or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Experience with LinkedIn content management or digital marketing tools
- Basic understanding of SQL, analytics, or technical documentation workflows
- Exposure to Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, or presentation design tools

Note
Selected candidates will initially be hired as interns for a 3-month probation/internship period. During this period, performance will be evaluated, and candidates demonstrating strong performance may be converted to full-time employees.
The internship stipend will be in the range of ₹15,000 per month. Upon successful conversion, the full-time salary range will be ₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA.
Note: If you are an experienced candidate with relevant skills and prior experience, we are flexible on the compensation package based on your profile and performance.
