Enterprise Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Solutions

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager who can drive new business development and manage strategic enterprise accounts for IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions.
The role requires strong relationship-building ability with CIOs, IT Heads, and CXO stakeholders while managing complex solution-based sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Business Development
• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers
• Build long-term relationships with CIO, CTO, IT Heads and decision makers
• Generate new opportunities in enterprise IT infrastructure projects
Solution Selling
• Position enterprise solutions around:
Pipeline Management
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Manage deal cycles from opportunity creation to closure
• Forecast revenue and maintain sales funnel visibility
Account Management
• Develop strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure long-term customer engagement
Vendor Collaboration
• Work closely with OEM partners including Cisco Systems, Dell Technologies, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise
• Engage with vendor sales teams for joint opportunities
Key Performance Indicators
• New enterprise account acquisition
• Quarterly sales revenue targets
• Pipeline generation
• Customer relationship growth
• Strategic project closures
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise IT solution sales
• Experience in system integrator / IT infrastructure companies preferred
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
• Data center technologies
• Enterprise networking
• Cybersecurity solutions
• Storage & backup solutions
• Surveillance and video analytics
Sales Skills
• Enterprise relationship management
• CXO engagement
• Solution selling
• Negotiation & deal closure
• Long sales cycle management
Preferred Candidate Background
Candidates with experience working with partners or ecosystems of companies such as:
• Cisco Systems
• Dell Technologies
• Hewlett Packard Enterprise
• Fortinet
• Lenovo
will be strongly preferred.
