ENTERPRISE IT MANAGER
Location: Sangli, Maharashtra | Full-time | On-site
CTC: ₹12 – 15 LPA | Experience: 6–10 Years | B.E. / B.Tech

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing retail franchise brand expanding nationally. We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise IT Manager to own and operate our entire technology ecosystem — from infrastructure and business software to integrations, security, and vendor management. This is a high-impact mid-senior role based out of our Sangli HQ, with direct visibility to leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and end-user devices
- Ensure uptime, system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery across HQ and franchise locations
Software & Systems Management
- Administer ERP, POS, WMS, and all business-critical applications
- Own vendor selection, onboarding, licensing, and performance reviews
Systems Integration
- Implement and maintain API integrations between internal platforms and third-party tools
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across departments
IT Security & Compliance
- Enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection practices
- Ensure compliance with IT Act and DPDP regulations
Business IT Support
- Act as single point of contact for all internal IT requirements across departments
- Manage helpdesk operations, escalations, and SLA adherence
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, and procurement
- Plan and track annual IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology spending

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Networking, server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Cloud platforms — AWS or Azure (working knowledge)
- ERP, POS, WMS system administration
- API and third-party system integration
- IT security, firewall management, and access control
- IT budgeting and vendor negotiation
- ITIL or IT governance frameworks (preferred)
- Basic scripting or automation (preferred)
- Retail, franchise, or multi-location business IT experience (preferred)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 6–10 years of total experience in IT roles
- 2+ years managing IT operations or a small IT team
- Experience in retail, FMCG, franchise, manufacturing, or multi-location business preferred
- B.E. / B.Tech in IT or Computer Science
- Certification in CCNA, Microsoft, or AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sangli, Maharashtra

COMPENSATION
₹12 – 15 LPA (fixed CTC based on experience and last drawn)
Performance bonus applicable after completion of probation period
