Enterprise Implementation Consultant
Delhi NCR · Mumbai · Bengaluru · Hyderabad · Pune (PAN INDIA) | In-Office + Client Site | Enterprise SaaS | Construction Tech
About RDash
Construction is a $13 trillion global industry — and one of the least digitised. Projects routinely overrun budgets and timelines because execution data lives in spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and the heads of site engineers. The cost of this opacity runs into millions on every project.
RDash is an AI-powered Construction Management System that gives construction and infrastructure companies real-time control, visibility, and predictability over project execution.
Credentials:
- Backed by Y Combinator, Stellaris Venture Partners & Zacua Ventures
- RICS SEA PropTech of the Year — 2024 & 2025, ET Realty PropTech of the Year 2024, 2026
- Reference Customers: Amazon (India & UAE), JSW Homes, The Fitout, LivSpace, Semac Construction, Blinkit, Table Space, Fortes Education,
The Role
We are hiring Enterprise Implementation Consultants to serve as the primary client-facing interface for RDash deployments at some of India’s most complex construction and infrastructure organisations.
This is not a back-office coordination role.
You will be embedded on-prem at enterprise client sites — operating inside organisations like Amazon, JSW, LivSpace, Blinkit, Table Space etc. Working under the direction of an experienced EIC Lead, your mandate is to translate client workflows into structured RDash implementations, drive user adoption from Day 1, and serve as the trusted consultant bridging client operations and the RDash product team.
You will own on-the-ground execution: stakeholder engagement, training delivery, adoption tracking, process documentation, and continuous improvement — with direct support from a seasoned EIC Lead throughout.
What You Will Own
- Client-side implementation support — conducting workflow discovery sessions, mapping organisation structures, and assisting in configuring approval hierarchies and SOPs within RDash
- Stakeholder engagement across department heads and on-ground teams — building credibility, facilitating alignment, and maintaining momentum across the deployment lifecycle
- Training programme delivery — executing department-wise and role-specific training sessions, producing structured training materials, and driving hands-on adoption from Day 1
- Adoption monitoring and reporting — tracking usage dashboards, auditing system activity, producing weekly adoption reports, and escalating non-compliance to the EIC Lead with clear documentation
- Process documentation — preparing MOMs, SOPs, training schedules, and audit reports that are acted upon by client stakeholders
- Data coordination — supporting the migration and structuring of client data including BOQs, vendor masters, and rate contracts into RDash
- Internal coordination — channelling client feedback and field observations to the EIC Lead and RDash product team with clarity and context
- Continuous improvement — identifying workflow gaps and proposing improvements that increase platform utilisation and client ROI
Who Should Apply
- 0–2 years of experience in client-facing roles — SaaS implementation, customer success, technology consulting, or enterprise onboarding
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, real estate, or asset-heavy industries is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to engage independently with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organisational environments
- Strong first-principles thinking — you break problems into components, ask the right questions, and adapt when plans meet reality
- Excellent communication and documentation skills — your MOMs, SOPs, and training materials are clear, structured, and acted upon
- Data literacy and comfort with technology — advanced Excel, familiarity with dashboarding tools, and openness to learning SQL and Python
- High ownership and bias for action — you move fast, flag blockers early, and do not wait for instructions
Ideal prior backgrounds include:
- Campus placements, internships, or early-career stints in enterprise SaaS, management consulting, or technology services
- Operations, project coordination, or EIC support roles in construction, EPC, real estate, or field-operations environments
- Customer-facing roles in B2B product companies with structured onboarding or implementation components
What This Role Is Not
We want to be transparent about fit:
- This is not a remote or hybrid position. You will be deployed at client sites and RDash offices across India. Domestic travel is a core part of the role.
- This is not a passive support role. You are not logging tickets or forwarding requests — you are accountable for the success of enterprise implementations on the ground.
- This is not a pure training or coordination role. You will engage directly with CXO and VP-level stakeholders and be expected to hold your own in consultative conversations.
- This requires maturity, independence, and comfort operating in ambiguity — particularly when deploying software inside organisations where digital maturity is being built from scratch.
Skills & Competencies
Must-Have
- Client-facing presence and communication — ability to run structured discovery sessions, present confidently to department heads, and maintain professional relationships on-prem
- Documentation capability — MOMs, SOPs, training schedules, audit reports, and adoption dashboards that are clear and immediately usable
- Data literacy — advanced Excel, ability to structure and interpret operational data, and comfort working with reporting tools
- Organisational rigour — managing parallel workstreams across multiple stakeholders without dropping threads
- Escalation discipline — knowing when and how to surface blockers to the EIC Lead and client leadership with the right context
Strong Advantages
- SQL proficiency and ability to run basic analytical queries
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Grafana, Metabase, or Power BI
- Exposure to workflow automation, AI agents, or no-code/low-code platforms
- Understanding of construction workflows: BOQ management, DPR, procurement cycles, vendor coordination, and site operations
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Figma, Whimsical, or Notion for process documentation and project mapping
- Working knowledge of business software ecosystems including accounting platforms (Tally), project management tools (Zoho Projects), and CRM systems — with an understanding of how these interact with a construction management platform in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience configuring or managing integrations between enterprise tools — including field mapping, data transformation, and workflow handoffs across systems such as ERP, CRM, and communication platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp API)
- Ability to design and document end-to-end operational workflows — mapping process steps, decision nodes, roles, and system touchpoints with precision; experience translating client workflows into structured platform configurations is a strong plus
Locations
- India: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune — In-office + client site deployment. You will split time between RDash offices and enterprise client locations. Domestic travel is a core part of the role.
Why RDash
- Category-defining product — AI-powered construction management is an emerging category, and RDash is leading it in India and the Middle East
- Enterprise client exposure from Day 1 — you will work inside organisations like Amazon, JSW, and Danube, not hypothetical case studies
- Accelerated skill development — structured training in SQL, Python, data analytics, and AI agent deployment is built into your growth path
- Direct mentorship — you will work closely with an experienced EIC Lead and have visibility into how enterprise SaaS companies are deployed at scale
- Real problems, real impact — construction execution affects livelihoods, infrastructure, and national development; you are not optimising ad clicks
