Role Description
This is an internship position for an Enterprise Hackathons Program Manager, based on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves planning, organizing, and managing hackathon events for enterprise clients, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of programs. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee participant engagement, and analyze event outcomes to deliver exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong program planning, event management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, trends in tech-related industries, and innovation ecosystems
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate program outcomes, and implement improvements
- Passion for learning, adaptability, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms is an advantage
- Previous experience in event management or program management is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
