Role Summary
The role will own enterprise platform engineering, application architecture, API design, UI engineering, integration architecture and cloud-native runtime design for Prism™.
The individual must combine 12 years+ of strong hands-on engineering capability with enterprise architecture leadership across distributed systems, scalable runtime architecture, DevSecOps and product/platform engineering. Should be proficient in hands on coding and code review. This is a non-negotiable and firm requirement. (Java sB, react angular)
Key Responsibilities
• Define scalable enterprise application architecture and modular microservices frameworks.
• Lead UI, API, workflow orchestration, and integration design.
• Develop scalable backend services, event-driven integrations, and sandbox execution frameworks.
• Integrate DRL, DMN, BPMN, and workflow runtime ecosystems.
• Own architecture governance including HLD/LLD reviews, coding standards, and DevSecOps practices.
• Design cloud-native, containerized, and Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
• Lead CI/CD, GitOps pipelines, PR-based development workflows, and release engineering practices.
• Support distributed execution, parallel processing, and system mapping integrations.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Java/Spring Boot and Angular or React development.
• Expertise in distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven integrations, Kafka, and streaming architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and DevSecOps tooling.
• Strong platform engineering background with scalable API design, integration architecture, batch/parallel processing, and observability engineering.
• Experience with Git workflows, PR governance, release management, and resilient production systems.
• Preferred exposure to DRL, DMN, BPMN ecosystems, workflow orchestration, AST-driven rule abstraction, and sidecar validation architectures.
