Senior OnBase ECM Developer / Technical Lead
We are looking for an experienced Senior OnBase ECM Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise OnBase ECM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solution architecture, platform upgrades, cloud migrations, integrations, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support OnBase ECM applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement OnBase Workflow, Work View, Unity Forms, Document Management, and Reporting solutions.
- Lead OnBase platform upgrades, modernization initiatives, and On-Premises to Cloud migration projects.
- Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Configure document types, keywords, security models, lifecycle management, and retention policies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Mentor junior developers, lead technical discussions, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Support deployments, release management, and post-production activities while collaborating with business stakeholders.
