Purpose of the Job (Brief)
A business development individual who would be responsible for selling the offerings of SMB & B2B vertical. Primarily B2B sales along with inputs in product development basis the market requirement. Scaling the current offering (Salary & other solutions ) within that zone / Circle . They would also be responsible for managing relationship with their corporates (key account management). In addition working very closely with the circle enterprise business teams for creating new opportunities .
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
- Creation of business pipeline with large and small enterprises
- Offering of bank’s solution to enterprises for on boarding of businesses
- Generating revenues from Enterprise customers
- Helping develop other offerings basis the market potential requirement, come back with the market requirement and build upon a large use case.
- Managing the relationship with key accounts and asking for references of new prospects.
