Job Title : Enterprise Business Development Manager
Location: Bangalore

CTC Range: ₹10.5 – 12 LPA
Engagement: Full-Time | Direct Payroll
Work Mode: On-site
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales and business development across assigned territories. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, including discovery, account mapping, solutioning, SoW development, PoCs, pricing, negotiations, and closures. You will work closely with internal teams to execute deals and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise and B2B revenue acquisition across IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, and similar industries.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Execute account mapping, market analysis, and competitor research.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance) for seamless deal execution.
- Maintain disciplined reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and order loss reporting.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals (₹25L+) .
- Prior experience in Employee Transportation Solutions, Software Sales, Networking/Telecom, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
